Froster Engineering was engaged by both developer and tenant to oversea their requirements for base build and tenant fit-out requirements for mechanical services.
This key development consists of a number of design and briefing workshops to ensure client and tenant goal alignment. We incorporated a Variable Refrigerant Volume (3 pipe VRV) thermal comfort mechanical ventilation system to suit the office development. The workshop and warehouse buildings saw local welding exhaust, general exhaust and specialist IT server / Comms air conditioning requirements. We enjoyed this project thoroughly as we had insight and direction for multiple parties (as referenced both developer and tenant) which assists in providing for ideal outcomes.
We are a big proponent of integrated fit-out design. The cost and efficiency benefits are significant when developers and tenants are on the same page from early days in a development.
